It was a great location. Easy to access and get around to stores and restaurants. The hotel was clean and inviting. Pool area was great clean and inviting.

Love, love, love staying here and I always come back. Lobby area is amazing - the details are well thought out, from the colors, sofas and the set-up. Love the Starbucks and wish it was open till 5pm though? ;) Staff at check-in was amazing - super polite, funny and personable. She was very professional and really enjoyed chatting with her. Hotel arranges for airport drop-off which is great, the business center is really well done too - you can print documents, there are multiple desktops, etc. Really liked the touch of chocolate on the pillow - why don’t all hotels do that? Classic and keep up the good work!! ☺️

This hotel should have washer and dryer amenity and I wish that this hotel would offer free breakfast for the price of the rooms. However, every thing else was great.

Big hotel, lots of amenities. The bar in the pool was awesome, only “complaint” was the no taking towels out of the pool so you had to walk to your room soaking wet. But that wasn’t a big deal

Have stayed here before and love everything about it. Check-in process is always a breeze, staff are super polite, very professional and always happy to help, etc. They always keep the room I want for me, and take care of all the details. The shuttle service to the airport’s great, lobby’s fully furnished, really comfy and inviting. My fave part of the hotel is the Starbucks!!! Great staff there too and so nice to be able to wake up and come down and grab my fave drink. The breakfast at the restaurant was also superb!

Everything. This is my go-to place for Fargo - great staff, super friendly, attentive and really professional. Andrea (front desk, hope I got your name right) checking me in was a true professional; super polite and got me the same room I stayed at the last time I was there! Also wrote me down for the shuttle service to the airport the next day. Love the Starbucks at the hotel lobby, the guy at the counter was so friendly, nice and efficient; made my refreshers exactly the way the like ‘em! Lastly, Alex, such a professional and sweet guy too, he has driven me to the airport before and we always have such a nice conversation. Such a cool bloke, thanks for being so helpful :) Looking forward to being back on my next trip!! 🙂
